Refunds policy

Once an ebook file has been downloaded, the sale is final and no refund is available. By completing checkout you agree to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that this waives any statutory cooling-off right that would otherwise apply to digital goods.

If you have NOT downloaded the file, write to orders@books4books.com within fourteen days of purchase with your order number and we will cancel the order and refund it in full.

We will refund or replace a downloaded ebook if the file is corrupt, materially incomplete, or not the title described, and we cannot put it right. Tell us what went wrong and we will usually fix the file and re-issue it the same week.

Duplicate purchases of the same title on the same account are refunded on request.

Paperbacks are printed, sold, and shipped by Lulu, our print-on-demand partner. Returns, replacements, and refunds for those orders are governed entirely by Lulu's returns and refunds policy, and the contract for a print purchase is between you and Lulu.

Because each copy is printed to order, Lulu generally does not accept change-of-mind returns, but does replace books that arrive damaged, misprinted, or misbound. Contact Lulu first with photographs and your Lulu order number; tell us as well and we will follow it up on your behalf.

If something is wrong, write to us before raising a chargeback — it is faster and we would rather fix it. Orders subject to a chargeback have their download links suspended while the dispute is open.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
