Three checks
Lineage. Claims about practice are traced to a named source: a teacher, a house, a recorded corpus, or the author's own initiation. Where a claim cannot be traced, it is marked as the author's inference and not as inherited teaching.
Language. Yoruba terms are given in their own orthography, glossed on first use, and never replaced by a European approximation for the reader's comfort. Diacritics stay.
Harm. Nothing in these books instructs a reader to endanger themselves, another person, or an animal. Material that belongs only inside initiation stays inside initiation and is named as absent rather than quietly omitted.
Production
We typeset in a text face chosen for long reading, not for a cover. Ebooks ship as EPUB and PDF, unlocked and DRM-free, because a person who buys a book should own it. Paperbacks are printed on demand so a title never goes out of print for want of a warehouse.
Corrections
When a reader shows us an error, we fix the file, note the correction in the front matter, and re-issue. Buyers keep their download links; the fixed edition arrives at the same address.
